I had an uneventful weekend…

On Saturday Maggie, Brandon, my mom and I went for a dim sum lunch and that was a lot of fun. Hehe he’s so funny Brandon will look you right in the eye and then throw something off the table, expecting you to pick it up so he can do it all over again… Afterwards we didn’t do much just kind of hung around the house doing a bit of chores and playing with the kid.

Sunday Maggie had to go into Elections Ontario to wrap up a few things so it was just Brandon and I most of the day. It was difficult to put him to sleep for his afternoon nap, you could tell he was tired but he just wouldn’t close his eyes. Ahh well when he did go down, he slept for a good 2 hours and it would have been more had I not woken him up. When Maggie got back we started watching the “The Walking Dead” marathon on AMC and I noticed that Brandon acts much like a zombie. 🙂 He woddles while he walks and puts his arms out when he sees something he wants to grab haha. LOL he’d be a cute zombie. 😉

On another note my aunt Jenny is still with us though it’s going to end soon. My dad told me over the weekend that when he visited her in the hospital, her eyes looked like she was gone. It must be the morphine that’s keeping her here, sigh I wish the doctors could just end it as I do feel that this is very cruel. 🙁 She’s gone beyond the point of recovery and there is no point in extending her pain…
