So last night I purchased a Norinco SKS-D rifle. 🙂 Haha you’re probably asking why the heck I’d want another SKS but the -D model is special because it uses detachable box mags (like AK47 mags) while the regular SKS is feed via stripper clips. I picked up the rifle with 5 5 round AK47 mags for $625 and will probably get some 5 round pinned 30 round AK mags later on because it looks badass.

Pictures are from the seller, I’ll take better ones once I get it. I haven’t decided what I want to do with my regular Norinco SKS, I guess there’s no reason to keep it now that I have the SKS-D but we’ll see since it’s not worth that much anyway. I don’t think I’ll get it before this weekend range day but I am going again to the range next Friday with Maggie so I should be able to play with it then.
