Boo Barn!

In August, Estelle told me about the Halloween Boo Barn at the Riverdale Farm and well the day came. 🙂  Maggie went to play badminton so it was just Estelle, Brandon and I and the boy had a good time.  I have never been to the Riverdale farm before but it’s somewhere I will definitely go with Brandon in the future as there are quite a bit of farm animals.  In addition to the animals, they had face painting, clay activities and of course the Boo Barn, all of which was targeted towards little kids.

In the haunted Boo Barn itself, Brandon wasn’t really scared until he saw a skeleton in a coffin waving at people (a person in a skeleton costume was waving trying not to be too scary).  He paused then made a B line to the exit of the room haha, he denied being scared but you could tell he was and it was pretty freaking cute.  After checking out all the stuff we walked around the park for a bit and it’s a beautiful one, man I’d love to live in that area!

For lunch we went for Pho because that’s Brandon’s favorite then I dropped Estelle off and we went home.

Didn’t do as much in the afternoon, I watched the the F1 race and my favorite racer Lewis Hamilton clinched his 3rd world championship.  I love that Hamilton is a racer at heart and never gives up, very exciting to watch.  Later we played catch in Brandon’s play room and I’m glad we have the space for him to run around in.  After that just relaxed and getting ready for the upcoming work week.
