It’s technically tomorrow and we did nothing to celebrate but meh whatever. 🙂  As usual Maggie went to play badminton in the morning so I took Brandon out to Walmart to get some supplies for the house then we returned and took the first walk of 2016 to Tim Hortons.  It was just above freezing and I wanted to get out of the house so we went and man it’s fun.  Even though it’s only about a 20 minute walk each way I just like listening to Brandon talk about everything, the toys he wants, things that he sees and to play the games he likes along the way.

As usual both Brandon and I got a frozen lemonade, on the way back we were playing a game and he tripped and spilled most of his drink so I gave him mine but that doesn’t matter I had a good time with my boy. 🙂

We had pizza for lunch, went to swimming class then played at home the rest of the afternoon/evening.  These days I’m chasing him and he’s defending himself with a blow up hammer, when he hits me I recoil in pain but when he misses, I go in for the kill.  I grab him then tickle him for a good 10 seconds for missing. 😉

Sigh gotta go back to work tomorrow but that’s life and I’m pretty thankful for mine.
