Earlier in the week it snowed pretty heavily and Brandon was itching to go tobogganing so yeah we went but more on that later. Saturday morning I visited my grandmother and she was in good spirits which was great. She was happy, smiling and absolutely loved playing with Brandon.  She might not have much strength but anytime he came by to give her a hug and kiss she lit up and I was really happy to see her so well.

In the afternoon Maggie was tired and wanted to take nap so I took Brandon out to the hill and hehe he had a fun wet time.

I generally hate selfie sticks but lol it works well with my GoPro and I have to say even though the camera I bought is an older Hero 2 (used, it was cheap) it’s better than the Contour helmet cam I use for airsoft. We had a great time, the temperature was around 2C so by the time we went home we were both pretty darn wet as the ground was thawing and all the snow that got on our clothing melted rather quickly…

In the evening while Brandon was playing with his toys, Maggie and I watched season 4 of House of Cards and it’s pretty darn good.

This morning when Maggie went to badminton, Brandon and I went to Canadian Tire to pick up some new weights and other odds and ends for the house.  For lunch we went out to eat some won ton noodles and there’s a restaurant that’s close to our house that totally reminds me of the places I use to go to when I was young…

In the evening we went to Janessa’s 5th birthday and LOL she’s so damn cute.

Too bad next school year the two of them won’t be in the same class anymore…  Ahh well they’ll still be friends and I’m sure they’ll play together when given the opportunity.
