This morning Brandon’s school had a school fun day/fundraiser with games and other entertainment and he had a great time.  Before we went to the school, Jessie brought Logan over so the kids could play together and for the most part they did.  Brandon wanted to try everything while Logan was more interested in the games.

Brandon as expected really loved playing in the bouncy castle and it’s great he’s typically the happiest kid, you could hear his laughs of joy while playing in it.  After about 2 hours, we left and Jessie & Logan came over to play for a bit, before they did though I had to put Slinky in his room because Logan has a mild allergy to the cat (Jason’s fault lol).

For lunch we had pizza, the kids played for a bit longer then our guests left.

Brandon and I relaxed in the afternoon, it was pretty muggy today and at 30c I didn’t want him to play outdoors.  When Maggie returned from home from work, Brandon wanted to play with her so I began to play a bit more with my camera and ugh…  I learnt now why people take pictures in RAW.

So I tried taking some pictures in the RAW format then throwing them into Adobe Photoshop and my god the options you have to improve the image quality are amazing! Argh I wish I found out about this last night so I could have shot the photos above in RAW so I could have sharpened and fixed the colours. 🙁

Oh well we had a great day and I’m looking forward to playing with the boy and taking more pictures.
