Sigh I empathize with the Blacks in America, there definitely does seem to be institutionalized racism within policing and the justice system but taking matters into their own hands is not acceptable.

Five police officers were fatally shot and six others wounded Thursday when snipers opened fire in downtown Dallas during a protest over recent police shootings in Minnesota and Louisiana, police said.

Blacks are disproportionately killed over trivial matters (Philando Castile for example) and jailed at a much higher rate than other races (even though statistics show they use drugs and have violent crime at the same rates as whites for example).  Unfortunately last night’s shooting I’m afraid will put cops more on edge and as the ones with the power, they’ll need to be very careful when exercising it.

Violence is never the answer though and it only makes things worse.
