Over the weekend we had the annual end of season camp for the Beavers & Cub scouts and I was a bit sad as this is Brandon’s lats ever Beaver event.  Now the groups do a lot of stuff together but I’ll stay a Beaver leader next year instead of going with Brandon to Cubs because well the little guys need me.  Still with that said it was a very fitting way to end Brandon’s Beaver scout tenure as he’s older and a lot more mature than our first camp. 🙂

This year’s theme was the olympics again, the kids don’t care and all of them had a lot of fun.  Needless to say I took a ton of pictures and they speak for themselves.

It really sucks to have flat feet and right now my ankles are sore, put sun screen on but I have some sun burn on the back of my neck and a few bug bites here and there but it was totally worth it.  Brandon and the rest of the kids had a great time and this is why we do it!
