So my Labour day long weekend got off to an early start and I took on a project, to paint my smaller pink bathroom and to replace the pink toilet.  When pink was ever an acceptable colour god knows…

I’m not handy but I have to say this was rather easy!  I gave the walls two coats of paint though the pink still shines through a bit, without the light on though it’s closer to a purple which is ok I guess as Maggie likes that colour.  Pulled out the pink toilet to replace with a high efficiency model, I was worried but it ended up being super simple (yes I cut then capped the screws).  There’s a bit of blood on the ground, I cut my knee somehow and it bled everywhere.

All in all a productive day, I’m pretty happy with how things turned out.  Tomorrow i’m going to replace the light fixture and take a look at seeing if I can replace the sink as well. 🙂
