So today I closed a deal for a 2012 Lexus CT 200h.  It’s a bit older than I wanted but it came with all the options that Maggie liked and since it’s mainly going to be her car she gets to decide.  We’ll get it Monday, Brandon and I are away this weekend camping anyway so Maggie won’t have any transportation this weekend.

Since it’s also a hybrid (same drive train as my Toyota Prius), it’ll be pretty fuel efficient though not quite as good as my Toyota since it’s heavier.  With that said it’s definitely much more luxurious than my car and I’m glad Maggie will have something nice.  It’s too bad the Lexus CT 200h never sold that well in North America, till recently gas prices were pretty low and I guess most people liked bigger SUVs but I’m staring to notice many more hybrids on the road now.  This car has officially been discontinued on this continent but it’s still for sale in Europe & Asia.

I’ll take some pics on Monday after we pick up the car, it was pretty dusty today when I saw it and that doesn’t truly show how nice it is. 🙂
