So yesterday late afternoon Brandon and I decided to head up to Blue Mountain to visit Maggie, I was off today anyway and wanted something to do so this worked out well. 🙂  The room she had booked was huge and it accommodated us just fine.  Brandon did a bit of swimming, we walked around the resort a bit and in the evening watched Bumble Bee as they played it on a projector at the stage.

Of course while i was there I had to take a bunch of photos and I was really happy to have the family back together.  Maggie’s car got really dusty (she’s not parked in the handicap spot), so when we got back to Toronto I took it for a wash and it looks nice and sharp again.  Since she went up before us, we had to take 2 cars back and man I love my Toyota Prius, it averaged 4.5L / 100km (52 mpg) going there and coming back and that’s over 400km!  She was a bit higher at 5.2L / 100km (45 mpg) but even that’s not too bad, mmm it’s so awesome to have two efficient cars!

We left after having a late lunch and got home around 4pm.  Both Maggie and I were tired so we just hung around the house the rest of the evening and well again I’m just happy that we’re altogether again. 😀
