Ikea found and delivered my new mattress today so with that piece of the puzzle here, I finally had a reason to put the stuff together. Yes I only have drawers on one side of the bed, I didn’t have enough foresight to realize I’d need a second…  Oh well next time I guess.

Don’t mind the mess, Maggie took a nap in the afternoon.  I think it looks good, wasn’t difficult to put together (Ikea stuff is always easy) but damn this stuff is heavy!  Ok ok, to be fair I didn’t put together the new chest but hey it’s for me and I can do that later right? 😉

Anyway I’m just glad that the bed is together, looking forward to sleeping on it tonight.
