So today at Brandon’s BJJ class the instructors were teaching the kids how to do an arm bar.  Pretty cool, it was slow and wasn’t for points, just practice but it looks neat!

The boy loves BJJ and he almost always has a smile on his face, even when he’s doing free rolling. 🙂
