Well this has been a pretty busy weekend so far.  Saturday we looked at 6 houses in the afternoon, some ok properties but nothing good enough I think to bid on yet so the search will continue.  Mario sent me a couple of pictures that he took with me at Camp Bison and I thought they turned out pretty well.

Hehe in the first picture we were exploring the basement area and it was pretty flooded, good thing I had my boots on!  Second photo was when we were on the rocks.

Today Maggie went to play badminton and I watched the Formula 1 race, after we went to walk around the Lower Dons Parkland to see if we could find salmon and while we did, it was a bit disappointing.

We were unlucky, we did see one but it looked like it was weak and going backwards against the flow, no jumping salmon to shoot this time.  The walk itself was rather nice and the trees are definitely very pretty at this time of year.

While I was trying to get into position by the river, I stepped on a rock that moved and slowly fell backwards and slightly crushed the Canon RF 24-70 F2.8L IS USM lens.  It’s alright, works great but scuffed up the body and there’s a slight dent in the plastic.  It was pretty slow, I’m embarrassed I made such an easy mistake but ya the lens is a bit scuffed up.  I don’t really care about that though, I use my gear and it’s just a battle scar now. 😉
