Unfortunately the furnace at the property we bought in Oshawa in August died and the tenant emailed me to say it’s only 12C in the house so I had to call around and find someone that could get a new one installed asap.  Sigh that’s $2,700 I didn’t want to spend but that’s the life of a landlord right, hopefully no more news about anything at that place for a while.  The furnace & AC at the other house is new (within 5 years) so I should be alright there for a bit which is nice.
