So the tenant we chose backed out, a shame but it happens and have already contacted the other prospective ones.  A bit of a headache but nothing to worry about in the long run thankfully.

This morning I did my usual grocery run for the seniors I look after this morning and man it’s pretty cold out right now but it’s all relative since a colleague of mine in Edmonton was saying how it’s “warm” today at -25C lol.  That’s better than the -35 to -40c the previous few days. Busy day, lots of meetings and an unpleasant surprise but hey there’s a long weekend coming up at least and I get Friday off. 🙂
