So I’m posting this at 3AM because about half an hour ago Maggie was going down the stairs, slipped and dropped Brandon (though she did break his fall)… I’m happy to report that both baby and mom are ok but man did he cry. Luckily he hit his head on the carpeted stairs instead of the hard wood floors (I think that’s good though though they’re pretty hard too). I was a bit mad because she kept going up and down the stairs with him (noisy neighbor, then she preferred to sleep downstairs) but I guess these things happen and it was inevitable.

He seems to be ok, I wasn’t really sure what to do but after calling Telehealth Ontario they said just to keep him under observation. Sigh that was a pretty scary few minutes but I guess every parent goes through this and it’ll probably happen again in the future.
