Initially we had planned to go to the CNE on Saturday but Maggie changed her mind as this weekend would be expensive for us so we’ll go next week (chicks lol). Saturday morning Brandon and I watched the F1 qualifying session and to my surprise he seems to like F1! I guess it’s because the screen is always moving so it captures his attention but in any case I really enjoyed it. I took him for a long walk later while Maggie took a nap then we ran errands the rest of the day.

Saturday night I watched UFC 134 at home and the card was great, there were a lot of good fights. LOL Brandon didn’t stay up to watch with me this time. 😉

Sunday morning Brandon and I again watched F1 but this time the actual race and again he seemed to enjoy it. Later the family took a walk in G Ross Lord Park and saw something rather interesting, a fire truck drive down the pedestrian walk way! Some idiot started a fire in the grass next to a picnic table to BBQ some food and the firemen put an end to that. Pretty stupid though if you ask me.

In the afternoon I opened up my PVS-14, when I dropped it back at Op: Rhino last month I unknowingly broke the casing and had to seal it with some adhesive (used JB Weld, looks like it worked pretty well).

Lastly we just came back from a wedding reception for my cousin and it was fun. Brandon was good (as usual) and everyone loved playing with him. 🙂
