Talk about service! =D

Those who I play airsoft with know how I love to rave about BB Bastard brand BB’s and this time around Mark and I decided to make a large order. 20 bags (10 ea) should be enough to last us the next little while, the outdoor season is slowing down and we’re not much into winter games.

Anyway I get home today to be greeted by 50,000 BBs but when I open the box, I noticed that they’re 0.2g BB’s instead of 0.25g. BB weight plays a big role in stability at longer distances and 0.2g BB’s are really only good indoors. 🙁 I’m sure it was a simple mix up, I have purchased several bags of BB’s from Jay in the past without any issues but thought I’d be dry for this Sunday’s Wasaga game.

At about 6:30PM, I shoot off an email to Jay letting him know of the situation to see what can be done. Stepping away from my computer for about 10 minutes, I come back and see that he’s emailed me three times, says he’s going to Newmarket (from Tottenham) and will come down to my place to make the switch. He shows up at 9:30PM to swap the BB’s, I’m totally happy and offer to pay him for his time and effort (least I could do I felt) but he wouldn’t take it. Says it’s his fault for the mix up and was just setting things right.

Now I have the 0.25g BB’s I ordered and will be ready to rock and roll on Sunday. Thanks for everything again Jay and I’ll continue spreading the good word about BB Bastard! 😀
