Wonderful

Yesterday we attended my sister Estelle’s wedding to Imran and it was absolutely wonderful. They’ve been going out since university and lol it took them long enough to close the deal but in the end they did it and I was very happy. The ceremony and lunch reception was held at The Boiler House in the Distillery district and it was definitely a lot more cool than the usual wedding (which I frankly think are very boring). Heh it might not have been as much fun as mine but it was pretty close and the setting was great.

We arrived to the place early as Estelle had asked me to greet the guests, get them to sign the the guest book and to have any cards to be placed in a bird cage (I guess it symbolizes the end for Imran haha!!!). Unfortunately I was still at the door when they started the ceremony, I had a decent view but I couldn’t snap any pictures. 🙁 They were so busy too afterwards mingling that I didn’t get to take any pictures with them but they had two photographers and I’m sure will post pictures of the wedding online so I’ll post some up then.

The outpouring of love and affection was nice, I found myself a bit emotional during the ceremony but I didn’t cry. 😉 Brandon was good even though he didn’t get to nap and kept going to this one girl for attention which was pretty funny.

That’s my little angel. 🙂 Spent much of the day after watching the little guy as he was very active and running all over the place…

It’s my pleasure to welcome Imran into the family officially and I wish them the best! I love you guys.
