Well I’ve certainly had a busy weekend, hope yours was a bit more fun…

Saturday morning I invited my parents, grandmother, Megan, Estelle & Imran to accompany us to my new house as Maggie and I wanted to decide what we wanted to do in each room. Looks like I’m going to take one of the bedrooms as my “man cave”, the basement is better suited for a family room since it’s very large and open. Too bad it was raining in the morning (it has to rain on the day I pick to go…) because I was hoping that Brandon could run around a bit in the backyard but whatever.

We went to have dim sum for lunch and I really enjoyed having everyone together. I know my grandmother had a blast playing with Brandon and you could really see the joy in her eyes. Megan came over to my house afterwards to help me take apart the futon and bed in the master bedroom. It wasn’t a difficult task but I needed a second set of hands to hold things while I worked. After we were finished, I dropped her off and did more packing…

Sunday we hit up Canadian Tire at Center Point so I could pick a good soldering iron so I could work on Mikey’s PTW and while I connected the new motor, it’s still giving me some problems. Ugh whatever I’ll deal with it later, the rest of my day consisted of packing and looking after Brandon.

Unfortunately after his afternoon nap he seems to be a bit fussy but whatever. At least I can look forward to work tomorrow haha…
