So I had a quiet weekend, everyone in the house is sick including Maggie’s mom. Saturday morning we took Brandon for an x-ray and he was not happy at all… I think B was too tired to really struggle so we didn’t have any problems getting it done, though I did notice that he lost a lot of weight in his arms and torso. 🙁 When we got home, he started to play with his toys and run around which is a huge improvement because last week he was pretty much bedridden. On Sunday Brandon’s appetite returned and he started eating which is another good sign.

As for the rest of us, um we didn’t do anything… My throat is getting more and more sore, to the point where I’m having trouble swallowing food so I guess I’m coming down with something else now.

This is kind of cute, Maggie bought Brandon a new toy truck to play with on Sunday and he brought it to the bedroom with him. This morning she asked me to wake him up so instead of nudging him, I pressed one of the buttons on the truck that causes it to make truck sounds and flash its lights. Brandon immediately yelled “MY TRUCK!”, grabbed it and tried to go back to sleep.

Hehe he didn’t like that I kept tugging at the truck and was pretty grumpy afterwards, sorry but you got to get up.

Back to the grind, half of my team is sick so this is going to be a fun week… Oh well at least after this I’m off till Jan 2nd so I guess I shouldn’t complain.
