Maggie and her parents touched down safely into Pearson yesterday afternoon and she called me when at around 2:30PM when she was done going through customs. It was great to hear from her, lol even though commercial aviation is pretty safe I always worry about the worst… After work I went to pick up Brandon from my parents place and he was happy to see me. I waited at my folks place for Maggie to get to Sheppard station (she had to go into her new job for training) and when she called my parents home my mom yelled to tell me Maggie is ready, Brandon then grabbed onto me so tightly because he thought I was leaving. 🙂 It was very cute…

On the way home, Maggie indicated that we had to stop at a grocery store to pick up some food. I was a bit annoyed because it was getting late and the freezer is stuffed with food, anyway we went and got home around 7PM. After eating dinner we both played with Brandon and I was happy to have the family back.

Maggie’s mom indicated that she’d like to go home sooner and will be leaving on Feb 28th now. I won’t complain about the short notice, she’s very good with Brandon and I am thankful for everything she’s done for our family. Looks like by next weekend it’ll be just the three of us at home. 🙂
