So yesterday was Maggie’s mom’s birthday according to the solar calendar and we had a little celebration at home. Maggie had gotten a cake and while we were eating it, Brandon wanted the strawberries (there were 4 of them). After eating the third Brandon wanted the fourth so I gave it to him, this time though he said “yuck” and pointed at the strawberry. He passed it to me and I’m like “do you want the strawberry?” to which he replied with “yuck”, I figured he didn’t want it anymore so I ate it.

LOL that was the wrong move because when I put the strawberry in my mouth I saw Brandon’s face turn to one of shock and a few seconds later he burst into tears! With his face all red and crying hard, he kept saying “I want strawberry!” but there were no more… Maggie came out and asked me what was going on, I explained the strawberry incident and she’s like “why did you eat it?!”

Hehe Brandon quickly ran to Maggie crying and wouldn’t come to me the rest of the night. LOL lesson learnt on my side and I hope B knows not to point at a piece of food and say yuck to me. Thinking about it now, I suspect he just wanted me to remove the frosting off the strawberry… Oh well it was pretty cute and it’s something I can laugh at now and later when I tell others. 🙂
