What a busy day today, might as well start at the beginning. I dropped Maggie off at Seneca just aver 8AM, she’s taking a class and I needed to get new summer tires for my car so it was a good time to take care of that. Unfortunately I showed up 30 minutes after they opened and there was already a huge line of cars, with nothing else to do I decided to wait. Come 11:30AM, they were just getting to my car and removing the old tires from the rims, I had to pick up Maggie because she finishes her class at 12 so the owner of the shop lets me drive his car.
Picked up Maggie, dropped her off and was back by 12:15PM, nice of the guy to lend me his car to make the run and by the time I came back my car was almost ready. Another 20 minutes and woo my new Michelin Primacy MXM4 were installed and the bill came up to $940. I probably don’t need tires like this but the OEM Bridgestone EL400s my car came equipped with were complete junk and now I don’t have to worry about the tire failing when Maggie is driving.
Afterwards I went to the local walk in clinic to get my leg checked out, my right shin was hurting more and more during the week and I was a bit worried. The news sucked it’s either a bone bruise or a micro fracture and I won’t know till I get an xray that’s scheduled for Monday. Sigh he also highly recommended that I do not participate in any airsoft events in the near future as it’s possible that I may damage my leg further. 🙁 Will report on it further when I have more news.
We went to Amanda and Ray’s new house to celebrate Mothers day and it was fun. It was the usual crowd and man Ethan and Emily (Amanda & Ray’s kids) are so well behaved! It means a lot to Maggie and I that they’re very good to Brandon, always letting him tag along and play with their toys, I think next time there’s a gathering I’ll buy them some gifts to show my appreciation. Anyway little B was cute and everyone loved him, here are some random pictures of my little angel.
Hehe a bit later the Ethan showed off some of his Halloween costumes and the kids wanted to dress up. Now that we have Brandon, I absolutely love kids and Ethan & Emily are great too. 🙂
