We certainly had a busy weekend… Saturday Maggie was away all day in a tax class so it was just Brandon and I. After we dropped Maggie off, we went to Walmart to pick up the Michelangelo to complete his Ninja Turtle collection. In the afternoon my mom, Estelle & Megan came over to spend some time with Brandon and he loved all the attention. At around 3:30PM I picked up Maggie then we went home to changed and quietly left the house to go to Ali & Frank’s wedding.

I’ve known Ali for probably 6 years now and I couldn’t be happier that she found someone as awesome as Frank. They’re definitely very compatible and it was a wonderful wedding. Initially I only wanted to the reception but they actually performed the ceremony around 5PMish and it was nice. LOL they’re not religious so it was quick and the setting was very cool at Atlantis at Ontario place. Unfortunately the bride and groom were busy so we didn’t get to take any pictures with them but we did get some with our friends, Mike, Ange & Neil.

I wish Ali & Frank all the best, things won’t always be easy but marriage is definitely worth while and they’ll do great.

On Sunday we met up with Graham & Ana for lunch and that was fun. Ana is contemplating going to China to teach English and wanted to get Maggie’s opinion on the culture difference between here and there. She was interested in a post at Shen Yang and while it doesn’t pay a ton, all her expenses are covered by the company which is nice. Hasn’t decided if she will take the position yet, she’s just doing her homework.

LOL while the girls were talking, Graham and I obviously talked airsoft as well as a whole variety of things. He keeps pushing me to sell the M16 PTW as he wants one lol, I told him I probably will but I’m not there yet. 😉 I like being a tease haha…

Anyway after lunch Maggie and I decided not to take Brandon for swimming as he’s coughing pretty badly and didn’t want him to have a cough attack in the pool. So it was just quiet time at home with the family and that’s exactly what I like… Brandon is damn tiring always wants to run around and act crazy, ahh to be a toddler again!
