So today Maggie, Brandon and I stayed at home all day and I absolutely loved it. The little guy was full of energy, jumping up and down on the bed and running around hte house. Later he was downstairs with me and since it’s cold down here I got him to wear the absolute cutest fleece jacket that we picked up from Bass Pro a few weeks back. 🙂

A bit later he found Maggie’s woodland camo hat as well as his cute little car watch and wanted to put them on. 🙂 He didn’t nap after lunch so later in the afternoon he was really tired and kept trying to sleep, I wouldn’t let him and he got really mad telling me he’s sleepy and that I should go downstairs. Hehe it’s so cute to hear it with his baby voice. 🙂

After dinner I wanted to test something with my MK18 Mod 1 PTW and the front pivot point on the upper receiver broke. Not sure what happened, but ya it just snapped right off and that really sucks.

What a pain in the ass but I guess I’m glad it happened now instead of on Saturday when I’m playing. Don’t mind the rail, I had to modify the plate that makes contact with the upper so it would sit properly. Since this is my primary rifle, I took the upper off my M4A1 Block 2 PTW and am using that for now. I see that Redwolf has a Systema upper receiver available but before I buy that, I’m going to inquire with a teammate of mine if he can modify a real AR-15 upper to work with my gun. He’s done it in the past and a real upper will be a million times stronger than the Systema…
