So it’s election day in the US and if you’re a citizen it’s your civic duty to vote. The polls are suggesting that the Republican party expanding their majority in the House and possibly capturing a slim majority in the Senate and as an outsider I’m wondering if the US electorate is nuts… I mean the Democratic party isn’t great but the Republicans are so obviously worse, I don’t see how the people can’t see that (along with how big money in politics would be bad).

Anyway it’s going to be interesting tomorrow to see the political map, I’m interested because unfortunately whatever happens in the US affects the rest of the world too.
