Mother’s day was pretty low key for us and in the middle of the day I went to meet someone who was selling ~650 rounds of 7.62×39 ammo for $100.  Haha on what should be Maggie’s day I get something for myself but it was a really good deal so I couldn’t pass it up.

I think there was 421 rounds of Czech surplus ammo from the 60s, 200 rounds of MFS steel cased ammo and 30 rounds of brass cased American Eagle. 🙂  With the way I shoot I am quite happy with this score…

A bit later in the afternoon, Maggie took Brandon to Fairview to do some shopping and my dad came over so we could organize the garage a bit.  I needed to pull my lawn mower & weed eater out so I could tend to my yard, my dad’s Honda mower just wouldn’t do as the batteries are shot.  After that I helped him move some of his tools to Monita’s home, then I came home and had some BBQ…  Relaxing the rest of the evening, a low key but fun weekend for sure.
