It’s a good thing I called my mom this morning, I was expecting her to come over to watch Brandon today so Maggie and I could do something but it seems like we got some things mixed up and she couldn’t make it. That put Maggie and I in a bit of a scramble as we didn’t plan to do anything with the boy when on the spur of the moment I asked her if she wanted to go to Marine Land and she was cool with it.  Took us about 15 minutes to get everything ready then we set off just after 8:30am.

The drive there was uneventful though at times traffic was pretty heavy but that’s to be expected since it’s a long weekend after all.  When we got to the park Maggie and I got suckered into buying a season pass since it’s only $5 more, I think we can make another trip sometime before the park closes this year. 🙂  Anyway we saw a show, a lot of marine life and even went on some rides but I’ll let the photos do the talking.

Hehe as you can see we did a lot of things and Brandon had a great time…  The park was crowded, it was hot and stick and I wouldn’t have traded today for anything in the world, it was absolutely wonderful.
