Sigh…  Today I was at the range when Uncle Henry called to say aunt Alice was in a coma (she had a stroke due to the chemo for her stomach cancer) and that she will be passing very soon.  I was with Brayden and his gf Chrissy so I couldn’t really leave, I called and texted my dad the news and he went to see her.  When I came back, I dropped off my stuff then went to pick up Estelle so we could say our goodbyes and boy was she in rough condition.

The doctors said she has a certain level of consciousness and can hear us so we tried to be as supportive as we could, I didn’t know what to say so I told her that when she gets better we’ll have a BBQ at my home. Life is not fair and my aunt Alice is one of the sweetest and nicest person that you’d ever meet, it’s a shame that it had to end this way.  She’s not that old either, I think either in her late 60s or early 70s but that’s how life goes I guess.

My cousin David came home from BC and my other cousin Vincent will be coming from Hong Kong, then I think they’ll pull the plug because apparently they were told that she will not get any better. 🙁  Makes you think about what you have in life and I’m so thankful for what I have.
