Today’s weather was beautiful and a great day to be lazy. Maggie went to play badminton in the morning so I took Brandon to Ikea so he could play in the playground and went for pho at lunch. In the early afternoon I decided to take advantage of the sun and clean out both cars and Brandon wanted to help. 🙂

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of Brandon when he was helping me with the Toyota but man was that car dirty… Sigh Maggie likes to eat and drink while she’s driving and there are spill marks everywhere! The Mini was better but then again I tend to take care of things better, though it was a pain in the ass to get rid of all the mud from the range on Friday.

My mom came over around 2:30pm so we could go and visit my aunt in the hospital and surprisingly she’s still with us despite having no food or water in a week according to the nurses. The brain scan showed that she had a massive stroke from the chemo therapy and it was really sad to see her in that state. While I was never close with aunt Alice, she was always good to me and was always so sincere.

I feel really badly for her because she was taking care of grandma for the longest time and just when she could really start her retirement this hits her. 🙁 Life isn’t fair, I don’t know if she could hear me but I wished her a happy birthday and just talked about general things… We were there till just after 4, I was also sad that when we got there and during the time my mom and I was at the hospital, no one else was there with her.

Not sure what we’re going to do tomorrow but meh long weekend so we’ll play it by ear. 😉
