Today we went to the zoo with Jessie, Jason & Logan and it was nice enough of them to invite us along since they have a family pass and was able to get us in for free. We got there first thing in the morning so we were able to get a great parking spot up front, it was a bit cold but meh it’s October after all. We walked around quite a bit, according to my step counter over 10k so lol woo exercise done for the day. 😉

The kids had a good time which was the most important thing, we saw the cheetah chase this fluffy mechanical device which was pretty cool but a lot of the bigger animals were not in their usual pens or were sleeping. Ahh well, we all had a good time which was nice and I know Brandon loved it.

The rest of the day was pretty low key, Maggie had an appointment to go to so the boy and I stayed home. It was a good day today and I love how innocent the kids are at this age, it’s a wonderful thing. 🙂
