Happy Sir Issac Newton day!  We’re trying not to spoil Brandon too much so he can open present a day from his xmas gifts, he chose the Metal Beard Lego set (from the Lego Movie) and yay when I heard Maggie say “daddy will put it together for you.” lol. After breakfast Maggie went to play badminton while Brandon and I stayed home so he was watching some videos on YouTube while I was putting everything together and it took me about an hour and a half but it was fun.

After lunch Maggie and Brandon was playing upstairs and I started to get my gear ready for Monday because I’m going to the range with the guys.  Estelle and Megan bought me some scratch and win lottery tickets and of course instead of playing myself I let Maggie and Brandon scratch the tickets, I didn’t win anything but they had fun. 🙂

After chilling at home till late afternoon we went to Amanda & Ray’s place to celebrate xmas with my father’s side of the family and it was fun.  Their kids Ethan and Emily are very well behaved and treat Brandon well so the kids had a good time.  I’m always worried about the little guy because he’s often the youngest I want to make sure that he’s having a good time.

After dinner the kids opened the presents and Brandon was very eager. 😉

Brandon got his gifts from the girls yesterday but he still received a couple today and was happy. God he’s such a good boy, Maggie and I lucked out with him…  Oh and the Vortex monocular that I was suppose to get for my birthday finally came in so I got that too woo.

It’s super clear and a great little monocular that I can bring now when I go out for outdoor adventures.

A very fun but tiring day, we have nothing planned tomorrow but will do another dinner on Sunday with my mom’s side of the family.
