Today is Maggie’s xx birthday and I feel really fortunate to be able to share it with her. 🙂  We have a pretty great family, I have a wonderful partner and we have an awesome life together.  Uh with that said though she had to work today and I kept Brandon home from daycare and we did various things. In the morning we went to Home Depot to pick up a few odds and ends for a project that I’d like to work on soon (I want to build a rain water catching system), then to WalMart to pick up some stuff for my pantry and I also bought Brandon a small Lego set.

Since the grocery stores were closed yesterday I went to pick up some food and then we played at home the rest of the day.

Hehe along the way Slinky was tired and slept on my lap, he’s pretty darn cute and while he acts like a kitten he’s very big now as you can see.

For dinner we had pizza and Maggie got home around 7:30pm, unfortunately her work is very demanding and is requiring her to do a lot of OT.  I’m off the rest of the week, not really sure what I’m going to do but meh whatever I plan to have a good time. 🙂
