Today after I picked up Brandon from day care I went to buy a Canon EF50mm f/1.8II lens, it was cheap and I heard great things about it.
With a aperture size of f/1.8 it’s definitely the fastest lens I have (I only have 2 and yes I am aware of the crop factor in relation to the aperture size), should be a lot of fun to use in low light and I should get some decent bokeh… After returning home and doing Brandon’s homework, we went to the park and I got to have some fun.
Edited photos, some nice shots of B and I love that background blur! Haha Maggie yelled at me this morning saying only one hobby at a time, well at least this new lens was cheap. 😉
Your wife is correct. There can only be one hobby – guns! And not Norinco’s either.
If you need to “shoot” something sling lead, not digital bits.
Haha, I can do two things. 😉
Introducing a newb on Sunday to shooting, heh looking to get another person involved in the hobby. 🙂
Alas, my wallet can’t handle two expensive hobbies.
Good luck with introducing shooting to another newbie. Just don’t spoil their fun by using Norinco guns 😉
I’ll look to your Sunday post to see how the shooting went.
Haha I only let new shooters try the good stuff. 😉
