Brandon’s a pretty sweet kid and he was pretty excited to give me his father’s day gift.  He made a wonderful card, illustrated a story for me and I will cherish it forever.  This morning with Maggie at badminton I took Brandon to the bluffs to feed the birds, it’s been a while since we did that last and something that he really enjoys.

After we ran out of bread we walked to the beach, he went into the water to play and was surprised at how cold the water was. 😉  Yeah it’s a pretty big body of water and it’ll take some time for it to heat up!  While playing with the rocks he found one with a fossil in it (last picture) and I thought that was pretty darn cool!

The two of us went for pho for lunch and after I went to Henry’s to pick up a tripod.  I’ll be the photographer for Megan’s wedding next week, I’m super nervous and really hope I don’t screw it up but ya I needed a tripod so I got one.  The rest of the day we hung out at home, I cleaned the house a bit and absolutely love spending time with my boy. 🙂
