On Saturday I took some of my staff on a hike in the Rouge valley park and it was fun.  We took a long trail off the beaten path so it was rougher than normal but everyone did great, even Ismael’s daughter!  We did a decent job at social distancing though there we were above the 5 person limit, meh the cops are busy with the protests right… 😉

The picture with the group was on a log close to the ground, we look closer than we actually were, people were on a different plain.  Ismael, his daughter, Sophia & her bf left 3/4 way into the hike, I’d guestimate they covered 10km while the rest of us did 15 in just over 4 hours.  Not the greatest pace but then again we were using more difficult paths too.

After I went home, I relaxed the rest of the day and went to bed real early at 8:30pm lol.

Today we didn’t do too much either, Brandon and I did some yard work while Maggie went out to play badminton.  Went for a drive and well now I’m again relaxing at home.  My ankles are still pretty sore and I’m sure they will be for a few more days, the curse of having flat feet.  Oh well the weather was great and I’m pretty lucky to have some great staff!
