Last night was the first night home with Brandon and I have to say, he’s a decent sleeper.  Both Maggie and I were beat so we went to bed at 10 PM and between that time and 5 AM, he slept pretty soundly, although there we did wake him up approximately every 2 hours for feeding.  After 5 AM though I guess he had enough of sleep and was very fussy.  Sigh I feel bad I can’t do more because I know Maggie is really tired.  I try to do my part by keeping him away from mommy in between feedings but a baby’s cry is very distinct and easy to hear no matter where I am in the house.

My mom dropped by this morning to drop off some food for Maggie and we both agreed that newborns all look pretty much the same lol.  Is Brandon a cute kid?  I don’t know, to me he is but I guess I have a father’s bias haha. He’s kind of yellow in the last picture…  He passed his jaundice test in the hospital and from what I read online, newborns generally start to go yellow anyway which peaks in 5-7 days.
