Kudos for CBC for digging this up.  If these assholes feel so strongly that as the supplier, we have responsibility in cleaning up the mess, they should be public with this position instead of doing backroom deals.

One can debate who’s responsible for the mess of nuclear waste but the deal should be out in the open for Canadians to decide.  If the deal is we need to take the waste back to secure for thousands of years then maybe we don’t want to sell it anymore.
