This certainly was a busy weekend. Things started off with a bang on Friday, I met up with a few colleagues from work & friends to walk Tommy Thompson park, yes I scouted on Monday early so I’d know what to expect and it was great. Hehe did it before the stricter COVID rules came into effect in Ontario so what we did was perfectly legal.
I asked if Brandon wanted to come but he was lazy and I’m actually kind of glad he didn’t come because in that few hours we walked 22k steps and he would be very tired (probably complaining too).
Saturday we drove to Sauble beach to check out some real estate, we have a developer friend doing a project in the area, he’s looking for investors and we wanted to see how things look. Not sure if we’ll buy into the project but it was a nice drive.
LOL quick shot on the beach before running back to the car as it was pretty cold on the shores of lake Huron.
Today we went to see a bunch of cottages and really liked two of them. Won’t give more details out as I suspect the competition to get them will be difficult but I did take two photos of the waterfront.
In the first photo, the dock is not in the water yet, it’s nice but the second view is simply stunning. Too bad it’s an hour farther and almost 50% more expensive… We’ll try our luck and see what happens, maybe at the end of next week I’ll be posting about my new cottage lol.
I get one more day off, Brandon is off as well so maybe I’ll take him for a bike ride or something, we do have a lot of yard work to do ugh well I’m feeling lazy so we’ll see what happens.
