So our house just went on the market on Monday and so far we’ve had 3 viewings (and another scheduled for Friday) and I think that’s pretty good. There are a couple of other houses for sale in our townhouse complex but ours is definitely the best (lol no bias there). 🙂 I’m starting to browse MLS to see what other houses are available and that’s a dangerous thing haha… I saw this really great place near Bayview & Eglinton that I really like and I’m going to arrange to see it on the weekend.
Yes my house hasn’t sold yet but we can swing getting another place before hand… I think. 😉

Haha well I’d be seeing a “cheap” one but yes it’s a pretty upscale area. 😀 It would cut my commute time too by like an hour which would be awesome.
I agree with you , spending long time on the way to work or back to home is horrible, when I lived in Scarborough Town Centre, I have to spend 1 hour and 15mins on the single way. Now, I just spend 30 mins in one way.
Ugh yeah that sucks. It takes me just over an hour one way as well, if I can cut that in half it’d be wonderful.
We’ll see, when we buy our new home we’ll invite you and Frank over. 🙂
