So today on my way to my car, I see a tan coloured Volkswagen Touareg and woo the license plate matches with the one that hit my vehicle on Wednesday. When I inspect it, I can clearly see bumper damage…

I park my car close to the vehicle and yeah the height matches the big ass dent on my driver side door so I leave a note. I tell them that I saw them hit my car, that I have two witnesses and that I’ve already filed a police/insurance claim. I also say that as long as all my damages are covered, I will not press charges though frankly I don’t know if that’s within my capability. Left them my phone number and told them this offer is only valid till tomorrow morning. The reason I’m reaching out to them is my insurance adjuster says if this person fights the charge it can take a while for insurance to pay out the funds and frankly I don’t want to deal with the headache.

Let’s see what happens, hopefully the bitch comes to her senses…
