So our real estate lawyer gave us the bill for closing costs for the new house and the price tag is just north of $20,600… Sigh at least it’s less than I planned for but it still sucks a lot, perhaps I should have bought something outside the city and save the $9k that goes towards the Toronto land transfer tax.

Oh well I’m all in anyway.
