The gold cylinder has been my go to cylinder pretty much ever since I got my PTW like 5 years ago and the piston finally kicked the bucket.

On a whim I decided to take it apart, clean it out of gunk and lube the O rings (I do that once or twice a season) and I noticed that the plastic piston rail that holds the gear rack in place was broken. I’m sure if I ran the cylinder like that, it’d only be a matter of time before there was a catastrophic failure so I’m glad I caught it now instead of having that occur on the field. I took the piston from my red cylinder and swapped it into the gold so it’s back up now but I’ll still get another to get the red up too (even though I never use that one).

Other than that I didn’t do much on my Sunday, spent a lot of time with Brandon and the family but that’s about it.
