Sorry about the lack of updates last week, I wasn’t super busy but didn’t really have anything to blog about. There are some interesting developments however I won’t blog about them for now, if things go well I’ll mention it later. 😉

Anyway yesterday in the morning Megan & Frank came over, they bought some Nerf water guns for Brandon to play with and while he loved them he didn’t like it when we shot water back at him haha. For much of the time, it ended up being Megan and I shooting water at each other and that was kind of fun. My mom and grandmother came by a bit later and we had lunch and I’m always so thankful that Brandon is good when grandma is around because she absolutely loves spending time with him.

Unfortunately I was busy so I didn’t get a chance to take many pictures which kind of sucks but needless to say it was a lot of fun.

In the afternoon Jessie, Jason & Logan came over for a kid play date. Logan was a bit grumpy due to just waking up from his nap so for much of the first hour it was Brandon playing with Logan’s water toys that Jessie brought over. We chilled in the backyard while the kids played and it was fun to listen to them talk to each other, haha I love the cuteness of the high pitched voices.

Hehe I love to watch the kids play and it’s so easy for them to have fun. I also liked playing with Jessie’s new Samsung Galaxy S4, it’s a very cool phone and has some very neat features that are absent from my S3 (obviously) but god she had to put it in the ugliest case haha… Jason and I were laughing about it a lot, I mean I understand she wants a waterproof case but ugh! Oh well it ain’t my phone so whatever right. 😉

Today we didn’t do too much… I mowed the lawn and pulled some weeds from my garden, very thankful that there is no humidity and it was relatively cool. Other than that I fixed up Stephen’s PTW (working great now) but discovered that my 2007 PTW has finally kicked the bucket. Researching online, it seems the power board is not functioning properly as the active breaking doesn’t work. 🙁 Sigh it’ll cost me around $500 to upgrade all the electronics and with Maggie not working, I’ll have to wait to fix it. What a pain in the ass.

Brandon is my little angel and he’s truly the bright spot in my life. 🙂
