Yesterday I went to the Silverdale gun club with Brayden, Graham, Brian & Mark and it was great. It’s been a while since I’ve shot a real gun and man I’m dying to get my PAL/RPAL!!! There were a whole slew of weapons for us to fire, Brayden brought a S&W M&P 40 and a Remington 870 marine shotgun, Graham brought a Glock 17, Sig P226, Remington 1100 semi auto shotgun, a Remington M700 in 30.06, a Lee Enfield, a Ruger .22 rifle another I think Remington 7.62 sniper rifle while Mark brought an AR-15 and a CZ858. Oh Graham also brought a cast iron cannon he picked up recently which was really cool and made a BIG boom. 😀

We spent half the day at the regular ranges and the other half at the action range which was more fun. Graham & Mark are both ex military and the ROs like them so they gave us liberties usually not allowed to other members which was fun.

As you can see in some of the pictures it was pretty much pissing rain all day but that didn’t bother us at all and we had fun. 🙂 We got there at 9:15AM and left around 7PM, after we went to Boston Pizza for dinner and that was fun too. Mark was busy and didn’t come with so it was just Brayden, Graham, Brian and I and that’s always fun. LOL Graham remarked how thought our waitress was cute so I inquired about her availability and whether she had a boyfriend, it was so funny… Graham got pretty red which and it was fun to embarrass him. 😉

After dinner I dropped Brayden off I went home and watched the UFC fights… Fun day and I can’t wait to get my license so I can get my own guns. Soon, Maggie is ok with it now so it’s just a matter of timing.
