So Maggie and I went to a parent teacher (Angie) interview with the ladies who look after Brandon at the YMCA day care at the elementary school next door and she said that Brandon was progressing very well. He’s on pace with where a 3 year old should be and in some social areas, he’s above par which is good to hear. Haha being our first and only child, neither Maggie or I are sure if we’re doing the right thing, we try to teach him math and reading and I guess it’s paying off. Angie even mentioned that Brandon is very polite, always saying please & thank you and that’s rubbing off on the other kids too. 🙂
I couldn’t be more proud of my little boy, he’s so awesome and we’re definitely relieved that he’s doing alright.
In the latter two pictures, we put together a Cars 2 puzzle and Brandon was showing off his Lightning McQueen slippers. 🙂
Tomorrow, Brian T and I will be taking our PAL/RPAL class and I’m certainly looking forward to it. Haha walking to the subway with Laura & Andrew, I mentioned that I was a bit nervous as I haven’t taken a test in like 10+ years. Andrew replied that rule #1 is don’t point a gun at someone and my reply was “I’m screwed, ~9 years of airsoft tells me to shoot my friends haha”. Laura who also has her license says (as well as others I know who have their licenses) tell me it’s very boring and the most difficulty I’ll have is staying awake. Well I guess I’ll find out shortly!
