So last night I watched the last episode of COSMOS: A Space Time Odyssey and I really enjoyed it. 🙂 If you haven’t watched the series and are interested in science I definitely recommend it and you can check it out here or if you’re an American here. When it’s available for purchase I’ll definitely pick it up and make Brandon watch it haha…

Personally I enjoyed the original series with Carl Sagan more I guess it’s because when I saw it originally I was young and curious about the world. Now I’m older with a modest foundation in science so there was almost nothing new for me to learn with the new series but it’s still a nice change from the usual crap on TV.

The wonderful thing about science is its search for truth and understanding of the natural world, that and whether you like the results or not they’re real. Nature is more beautiful and mysterious than our wildest imaginations and space truly is the final frontier. Maggie says I should let Brandon choose what he wants to do in his future and fair enough there but I will do my best to help him build a strong love of science. It’d be nice if he’s able to make a mark in that field, that’s how one is remembered forever. 😉
