So over the weekend I modified the 5 round pined 30 round AK47 magazine so the 7.62×39 cartridges would feed properly in my Norinco SKS-D and overall I’d say mission accomplished. During testing however some of the bullets were bent out of the casing so I removed them and they’re pretty cool I thought.

Three 123 grain M43 7.62 mm bullets along with a XM193 55 grain 5.56 mm bullet and a board pin to show the relative size of each bullet. Haha Laura at work is into guns and can appreciate it, everyone else thinks I’m nuts (though not dangerous) lol. 😉
